Notes
Issued in sheets of 50 on rouletted backing paper. The design was only issued precancelled and for this reason was not coated with luminescence. The design is die-cut with a cross, so that the stamp breaks up if an attempt is made to remove it from the cover/ This was to prevent reuse as cancellations were usually not applied. Used examples should be kept on piece. This stamp is also known with certain colours chemically removed.
